What is the warranty for my product?
Sprout proudly has a 24-month warranty on all items.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We want you to have the best experience with Sprout products. All products have a 24 month warranty but should you want to return an item outside of a warranty claim, please submit an enquiry on the Contact Us page and our team will be in touch. Customer can either return to point of purchase for refund or we (Sprout) can provide a replacement.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
In the rare instance that you receive something that is damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise. You can reach out to us here by contacting our customer service team. To ensure we can provide you with a speedy resolution please include detailed information of the fault you are experiencing.
When we receive your email we will review the claim and respond to you within 3 business days. If you are claiming that your item is damaged/faulty we may ask for the item to be returned to us. Once we receive the faulty product back we will check and test it.
If your item is found to be in working order, we will send it back to you.
If your item is found to be faulty it will be replaced if possible.
