Apple's next iPhone could be announced on September 9 | 08/08/2014 |
There have been rumours, and more rumours, and on September 9th we might have answers on the new iPhone 6. |
![]() While Apple are, as always, keeping mum on the subject of the next generation of iPhones, the good news is there might not be much longer to wait. The tech company have scheduled a massive media event for the start of next month, and word on the grapevine is that they are using this platform to announce the much awaited iPhone 6 launch date. While of course the company are staying silent on the matter, declining to comment either way, these rumours come from fairly reliable sources, one of which is 9to5Mac, who have a history of being well-informed of pre-event leaks. It's possible that Apple actually leaked the news themselves, only making a show of trying to keep things hushed up to retain an air of mystery and anticipation. It's this style of marketing – giving hints and leaving the customers wanting more – that drums up such interest and hype before any new Apple release. |
